AVAILABLE CLASSES & CAMPS
Ages 18 months – 2 ½ years
Mom’s or Dad’s participate with their child in all aspects during the dance class including pre- ballet, creative movement, tumbling and early development of fundamental dance skills.
The class is hands on with an adult and filled with dance activities, props and creative exploration in dance.
1 hour combination class of ballet, creative dance and tap.
Offer two types of classes:
1 hour combination of ballet, tap and hip hop/jazz
45 minute class hip hop
Must be in Kindergarten-2nd Grade
Offer three types of classes:
Ballet – 40 minute class
Hip hop/ Jazz- 40 minute class
Tap – 30 minute class
Students 1st Grade and Up, all levels and age classes offered
Ages 6 – 18…Members are selected by audition only. Please refer to our Company Dance section for more information about our competition dance program.
PRINCESS DANCE CAMP You may observe your child’s dance class via closed circuit TV monitors that are located in our lobby. To ensure a structured learning environment we refrain from allowing guests or family members inside the classroom to observe but always welcome anyone to watch from our lobby. We also provide free Wi-Fi for all guests while they are in our facility.
GENERAL CLASS INFORMATION
Nashville Dance Center has set schedules, policies and rules that we follow to assure that your child has the best experience taking classes at our studio.
- Our recreational class schedule follows the academic school year, starting in August and ending in May.
- All recreational dance students have the opportunity to participate in our annual end of the year dance recital held at the conclusion of our school year in June.
- Class registration may occur any time that class space is available until mid-year in January.
- Classes are limited in size and require a minimum of 5 to keep a class on current on the schedule.

PLEASE read and observe the NDC Covid-19 policies our studio will be following under the CDC guidelines.
Nashville Dance Center is only responsible for students during their scheduled class time. Please be prompt in picking up your students when class ends. All students must remain in our lobby until picked up.
NDC is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items while your dancer is in our studio.
TUITION
Tuition is based on the calendar school year for 10 months.
A $45 annual non-refundable registration fee is charged for each student. $55 family registration fee, unlimited siblings.
Class tuition is based on the total number of hours of weekly class instruction.

Tuition Policies and Information
• Tuition fees are not based on a monthly or per class fee charge but for the 10 month year. Credits are not given for absences, holidays or snow closings. Every class has an alternative class time if you need to make up any lessons missed.
• The school year tuition is billed at the beginning of each year with options to pay in full, ½ year of equal monthly installments..
• A discount is offered for all tuition that is paid in full at the beginning of each semester.
•Monthly installments are always due on the 10th of each month.
• A $15.00 late fee charge is automatically added to any installment not paid by the 10th.
• We offer a 10% discount for all family siblings.
• All tuition is payable by cash, check or credit card. Recurring payments are set up on file.
• Class tuition does not include any costumes or end of the year recital show fees.
• All SUMMER camp fees and summer class tuition is separate from the regular school tuition and is listed on the individual summer camp and class brochures.
Discounts
Save $100, if tuition is paid in full at time of registration for the school year (10 months).
You will receive a $25 discount off each bi-annual payment, each semester, if you pay half at the beginning of the semester (a $50 savings per year).
SPECIFIC DRESS CODE PER CLASS
“Dance With Me” (Creative Movement and Tumbling)
Students and adults wear comfortable, loose fitting athletic attire. No shoes required, prefer socks/barefeet.
Ages 2–3 (Pre-ballet, Creative Movement, Tumbling)
Girls: Pink or black leotards, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Dance skirts and leg warmers optional.
Boys: Black athletic pants/shorts, plain t-shirt, black ballet shoes.
Ages 3–4 (Combination Ballet, Tap, Tumbling)
Girls: Pink or black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and tan tap shoes. Dance skirts and leg warmers optional.
Boys: Black athletic pants/shorts, plain t-shirt, black ballet shoes, and black tap shoes.
Ages 4–5 (Combination Ballet and Tap)
Girls: Black or pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and tan tap shoes. Dance skirts and leg warmers optional.
Boys: Black athletic pants/shorts, plain t-shirt, black ballet shoes, and black tap shoes.
Ages 5–7 (Combination Class Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop)
Girls: Pink or black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, tan tap shoes.
Boys: Black jazz pants/shorts, plain t-shirt, black ballet shoes, black tap shoes.
Ballet Class
Girls: B lack leotards, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Dance skirts and leg warmers are acceptable.
Boys: Black athletic pants/shorts, solid t-shirt, black ballet shoes.
Hip Hop Class
Girls: Leotards, with either black boy shorts, tights, OR black athletic pants with own tennis shoes.
Boys: Black athletic pants/shorts, plain t-shirt, tennis shoes.
Tap Class
Girls: Leotards, with either black boy shorts, tights, OR solid black athletic pants with own tennis shoes.
Boys: Black athletic pants/shorts, plain t-shirt, tennis shoes.
